In 1995, she began writing responses for U.S. Government funded grants and proposals, and since that time, she has secured over $5 billion in funding for research and service contracts in the Americas, Middle East, Asia, Indonesia, and Africa. Diane has developed proposals for Design-Build Construction, Transportation, Logistics, Facilities O&M, Base Operations, Life Support Activities, and Information Technology service contracts. She assists customers in identifying strategies to execute work in conflict and post-conflict affected regions such as Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Somalia, Uganda, and more. Solutions have been in response to all branches of the U.S. Department of Defense, various Federal civilian agencies, Department of State, Defense Logistics Agency, and U.S. Agency for International Development, as well as for numerous NGOs and Foreign Governments.
